Second International Outcome
Measurement Conference

Brings together leaders in the outcomes measurement movement in health sciences and rehabilitation medicine to increase the utility, interchangability and communication among measurement instruments. Participants will discuss their work and formulate strategies for co-calibration of outcome measurement systems, using of Rasch measurement models to solve practical problems.

Objective Measurement Workshop

The first NEOM Workshop will be held in conjunction with the 30th Annual Conference of the New England Educational Research Organization (NEERO). Scheduled are paper presentations of Rasch-related research studies and applications, round-table discussions of on-going projects, and an open-forum discussion of technical issues.

Topics include the recently conducted Third International Mathematics and Science Study, the development of pediatric disability assessment instruments, and ways to account for differing rater judgments of musical performance.
